Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Processing time
Orders are processed within one to three business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
CareHush ships from our fulfillment partners overseas. Most orders arrive within two to three weeks of shipping, depending on your location and local delivery. We know that is longer than some stores promise. We would rather be honest about it than surprise you.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated in ten business days, or your order has not arrived within thirty days, email support@carehush.com and we will sort it out.

Delays
Customs, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you track down a late order. If it never arrives, you are covered by our guarantee.
